Experts of «Homnet Consulting» completed a project on the implementation of  "1C:Enterprise 8.1" and the system "Homnet: IFRS" within 7 months. Automated 13 work stations. The introduction of "1C:Enterprise 8.1" and the system "Homnet: IFRS" allowed the following:

• largely automate business regulation accounting, preparation and delivery of regulated reporting;
• automate the reception of accounting data for the delivery of reports under GAAP by the method of translation of accounting data under the regulated reporting;
• compile a necessary set of reports under GAAP.

Thanks to the possibilities of the system "Homnet: IFRS", company «Adecco» was able to conduct accounting under the Russian standards (account of primary documents, preparation of regulated reporting to the tax and inspection bodies), as well as parallel reporting under the UK GAAP standards (preparing managerial reports under GAAP standards).


Experts of «Homnet Consulting» successfully completed a project on the implementation of «1С:Accounting 8» software, subsystem «Budgeting». In accordance with the tasks set before the experts of «Homenet Consulting», introduced software included the following updates:

• Settings required for the consolidation of all legal entities of the company in a single database.
• In accordance with the requirements of the client updates are made to the mechanism of formation, approval and implementation of applications for expenses. Also entry of the corresponding documents on the basis.
• Other.

Also “Homenet: IFRS” system is installed and set up in accordance with the features of the company «Registrar NIKoil». Demonstrated the possibilities of the transformation of entries RAS into IFRS.

The main objectives of the project were as follows: the introduction of software "1C: Accounting 8.1" and "Homnet: IFRS", as well as the creation of a unified information base. Implemented system "Homnet: IFRS". Experts of "1C: Homnet Consulting" implemented all their tasks. Employees of "1C: Homnet Consulting" undertook setting up of the software, as well as its updating, namely: automated accounting of goods in transit, accounting under nomenclatures, accounting by warehouses, added account 15 RAS. Successfully implemented the system "Homnet: IFRS". Thanks to the abilities of the software and high quality, fast work, the company was able to maintain parallel accounting under international standards of financial reporting, automatically receiving the accounting data for the presentation of reporting under IFRS by method of translation of accounting data on regulated reporting, as well as generate necessary set of reporting under IFRS.

Experts of «Homnet Consulting» successfully implemented the software and conducted user training. Thanks to this the employees of «DSM East Europe» independently entered, into the system, the plan of accounts and set up mapping, that is implemented the set up of rules for the transfer of entries of regulated accounting into the accounting system («Homenet:IFRS», for this purpose, developed a special document «Set up of the correspondence of the accounts BU and accounting system».


Experts of «Homnet Consulting» conducted the transfer of the accounting and tax accounting of the holding from "1C: Accounting 7.7" and MS Excel spreadsheets to the modern platform "1C: Accounting 8". Typical configuration of "1C: Accounting 8" adapted in compliance with the requirements and the individual characteristics of staff holding: automated account of banking operations, formed a package of documents for the conduct of high quality account of clients, automated the accounting block of the mutual funding of legal entities of the holding and other significant improvements to simplify the work of the holding.
"Homnet: IFRS" is introduced in order to automate the management accounting, supplemented by specific sectoral functions (the division of management accounting in the context of specializations of activities), as well as the functions of the treasury.


The aim of this project was the introduction, in the Moscow office of "SNC Lavalin United Kingdom Limited", of the software "Homnet: IFRS" as part of the main functional. Experts of "Homnet Consulting" conducted the implementation of the software, conducted the set up of the plans of accounts under IFRS and the rules of translating the accounting data, as well as the configuration of the required reporting forms.
Using a parallel account on the corporate plan of accounts, the export of movements into the corporate accounting system was organized, with the account of the appropriate synthetic and analytical accounting. Also organized a plan of exchange between the parent organization and representation in Russia. The promptness of exchange allows to maintain the required relevance of data in the corporate system of accounting. In addition, the staff of "Homnet Consulting" developed an algorithm for mapping data.
Information system that is based on "Homnet: IFRS", allowed the company "SNC Lavalin United Kingdom Limited", conduct a fully fledged parallel accounting of the economic activities under international reporting standards on the basis of Russian accounting.
As a result of this project we observe automation of five work stations.


Experts of «Homenet Consulting» implemented «Homenet:IFRS» in the head office of IMS Group in part of the base function, conducted initial set up of the plan of accounts under IFRS and rules of translation of accounting data, also conducted the set up of the required forms of reporting and implemented other tasks.
System «Homenet:IFRS» allowed the marketing agency to conduct parallel account of economic activity under international standards of reporting on the basis of the Russian accounting.
As a result of the given project ten work stations have been automated.


As part of this project experts of "Homnet Consulting" successfully implemented the system "Homnet IFRS". The introduction of "Homnet: IFRS" allowed not only to automate the receipt of accounting data for the presentation of reporting under IFRS by the method of translating accounting data under regulated reporting, but also generate the necessary set of reporting under IFRS. The introduction of "Homnet: IFRS" by the experts of "1C: Homnet" was conducted taking into account individual characteristics of the company. Thanks to the possibilities of the system and high-quality, timely work of experts of "1C: Homnet" the company was able to conduct parallel accounting under international financial reporting standards.


Aim of the project was to raise the efficiency of the management processes of the company through the implementation of «Homenet:IFRS». Integration of «Homent:IFRS» into the software used by the Client, «1С:Accounting of the agricultural company 8» was successful.
The information system allowed not only to automate the receipt of accounting data for the presentation of reporting under the IFRS by the method of translating the accounting data under regulated reporting, but also generate the necessary set of reporting under IFRS. To date, the information system was put into commercial operation. Employees of CJSC "Alekseevskii Bacon" conduct full accounting.


Basis of the automation of the company the Russian representative of company «Kvaerner E & C UK Ltd» took the basis of «1С: Enterprise 7.7», component «1С: Accounting», edition 4.2. Later in connection to the increased volume of data, processed by the system, a transition was made to »1С: Enterprise 7.7 for MS SQL Server 2000.
As a result of implementation we achieved the following:

• Accounting is conducted in a single information base "1C: Accounting" in parallel on two plans of accounts: Russian and by the standards of GAAP.
• Consultants of the company, in cooperation with the heads of the financial department of the company developed a map of correspondence between the accounts of Russian accounting and plan accounts by the standards of GAAP (GAAP accounts plan was adopted as unified, used in the main office of the company-customer).
• Based on this card matching entries for Russia the correspondence of the entry under the Russian of accounts are converted by operations in the entry on the GAAP plan of accounts, conversion of the ruble amounts from transactions into pounds sterling is performed automatically by the system on the basis of periodic cross-exchange of the sterling rate to the ruble.
• Calculation of depreciation of fixed assets and intangible assets was also performed in parallel under two standards: Russian and GAAP, while the residual value, status, and terms of useful life of the same object on different plans of accounts could be different.
• Updated the algorithm of closing cost accounts (Document of "Closing the Month") to conduct project accounting of direct costs, and more complex distribution of indirect. Designed the possibility to defined the financial result, not monthly, but in accordance with the phased implementation of projects.
• The reporting module allows to obtain arbitrary financial reports such as Balance sheet, Profits & Losses, Statement of cash flows and others. Forms of printed reports are created by the user.
• Planning (budgeting) of the organization's activity at any time and with any frequency, followed by the opportunity to view a report on the implementation of the budget.
• Automated preparation of consolidated entries in the standard GAAP to reflect the company's activities in the corporate information system of the head office.
